1. Eligibility for Refunds
We offer refunds or adjustments under the following circumstances:
Services: If you are dissatisfied with a service provided by our salon, we encourage you to contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary redo, partial refund, or other appropriate resolution.
Products: Any unused, brand-new product purchased from Hair Intentions Salon can be returned for a full refund within 60 days of purchase. The product must be in its original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Certain items and services are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
Services that have been fully performed without any reported issues during the 48-hour feedback window.
Products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase.
Gift cards, prepaid packages, or promotional discounts.
Expedited or special-order services, such as custom color treatments or event styling.
3. How to Request a Refund

Products: Refunds for returned products will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the item. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.

Refunds are granted at our discretion and subject to the terms outlined above. In cases where extenuating circumstances apply (e.g., allergic reactions or unforeseen issues), we will review each case individually to ensure a fair outcome.
